Jihua 3539 shoemaking Co., Ltd. was founded in October 1912. Its former site is located in lumicang, east city of Beijing. It is directly under the Army Department of Beiyang warlord government and is called Beiping quilt factory (its predecessor is Beiyang Navy quilt workshop of Qing Dynasty). In the spring of 1913, German technicians were employed to produce military clothing on a large scale. In November 1928, it was managed by the military supplies Department of the Ministry of military affairs of the government of the Republic of China, and a branch factory was set up in Tianjin. In June 1933, due to the luandong incident, he was ordered to move south to Wuchang, Hubei Province. In July of the same year, it merged with Hubei clothing factory and changed its name to Wuchang clothing factory. After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese war in 1937, he was ordered to move to daximent, Jiangjin County, Chongqing, Sichuan Province. In April of the same year, he became the first quilt factory of the Ministry of military and political affairs. In June 1946, it was subordinate to Chongqing General quilt and clothing factory, the joint logistics headquarters of the Kuomintang, and named Jiangjin quilt and clothing factory. After liberation, it was under the management of the General Logistics Department. In 1957, the factory was handed over to the industrial bureau of Jiangjin district for management. After returning to the General Logistics Department in July 1967, the factory was named the 3539 factory of the Chinese people's Liberation Army. After October 2000, the factory was transferred to the central enterprise working committee and the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and was subordinate to Xinxing Jihua Group Company. In 2007, the factory was restructured and Jihua 3539 shoe making Co., Ltd. was established. The company is subordinate to Xinxing Jihua Group Co., Ltd. (a central enterprise supervised by the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council). Jihua Group Co., Ltd. is a three-tier enterprise with the sole shareholder. The company is a limited liability company solely owned by legal person, and its business term is permanent.
