Li Zhanshu, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Secretary of the party leading group, attended the meeting.

 

　　Xie Chuntao, a member of the Central Propaganda Group and vice president of the Central Party School (National Academy of administration), was invited to give a speech.
