According to the circular, in May 2021, 7894 cases of mental problems in violation of the eight Central regulations were investigated and dealt with nationwide, 11316 people (including 33 prefecture level cadres and 655 county level cadres) were criticized, educated, helped and dealt with, and 7300 people were given party discipline and administrative sanctions.
