At the Forum on lean production, we talked about ideas and put forward suggestions based on the actual work: first, equipment maintenance needs to be strengthened. For example, waste phenomena such as oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage, electric leakage, etc. of the equipment cause small downtime events due to inadequate equipment maintenance. It is suggested that professional personnel regularly maintain and train front-line operation staff to do self maintenance work well. Second, actively implement 6S on-site management. Adopt 6S management method to create an orderly on-site environment and maintain the best operation process, so as to ensure that the finished product, semi-finished product, work in process and repaired product areas are clear, the accounts and materials are consistent, the logistics is smooth and the information is accurate. Third, strengthen quality awareness. The quality management concept should be implemented in the operation of each process and each employee. Fourth, strengthen process supervision. To further improve production efficiency and reduce costs, it is necessary to collect data, control and monitor the whole production process from raw materials online to finished products warehousing in real time.
In the atmosphere of intense discussion on lean production, Party members and staff actively think about how to implement small changes in their posts, find the sources of waste, problems and improvement, so as to integrate lean thinking, lean methods and lean ideas into their work practice.
After the meeting, Huang ranqiu, deputy director of the first workshop, pointed out that "lean production" is the first step, that is, consolidation and rectification.
